A successful business builds on various elements. Fundamental elements, such as the knowledge, competences and experience of its staff should never be compromised on. Investing in the continuous, professional development of our staff is a key element to retain the successful pattern that we at Tenovar have been treading in the past years.
Consequently, in March 2015 Tenovar was successfully awarded an EU grant under the Training Aid Framework 2 scheme to train 13 technicians and engineers to further their specialization in the practice of Fibre to the Home (FTTH).
The course content included various aspects that cover the entire installations process ranging from duct handling and fibre blowing to fibre splicing and measurement and verification of the completed fibre installation. Additional to the technical aspects that cover the fibre practice, the training included practical elements that address the local conditions and realities when undertaking such installations.
